-Carry out the ideals of holistic education of the Catholic University and educate students  for service to the society by strengthening fundamental education courses such as “The  Philosophy of Life,” “Introduction to University Studies,” and “Professional Ethics.”

- Emphasize depth instead of breadth and quality instead of quantity in terms of the  development of individual department and graduate program by rewarding excellent programs  with competitive advantages and introducing programs conducted in English.

- Combine regional resources and promote collaboration with the industry, and implement  interdisciplinary an EMBA program and Joint Degree Program with universities worldwide.

1.Teaching Excellence Project
   ˙Interactive Teaching Evaluation System – Enhance the interaction between teachers and  students
  ˙International Collaborative Teaching and Learning Program – Invite international  renowned scholars to FJU for lectures and encourage FJU faculty members collaborate with  institutions at Europe, America, and Asia.

2.Enforcing Foreign Student Recruitment Project
  ˙International Friendship Association – Provide a platform for foreign students to   interact and share experience with teachers and local students.
   Scholarship – set up scholarship to attract outstanding foreign students for exchange     programs and degree programs.

3.ACSB Accredited
˙College of Management is a member of the Association to Advance Collegiate School of  Business (AACSB), and was among the first accredited AACSB in cross-strait in 2005.
